Everyone's situation is different, so we offer several treatments to fit your budget and your life. Care here is practitioner-led and planned per person, never off a template.

What we treat

We provide treatment for a range of mental health conditions and the symptoms that travel with them.

Conditions

Ketamine therapy is administered in a series of sessions, and the number needed varies by individual.

  • Depression
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Anxiety disorders
  • PTSD
  • Chronic pain
  • Quality of sleep

What patients report

Outcomes vary, and yours are discussed honestly before you begin.

  • Improved mood and well-being
  • Better brain plasticity
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Relief from chronic pain

How ketamine therapy works

Five mechanisms, explained plainly.

1. Increases neuroplasticity

Ketamine helps the brain form new connections between neurons. This rewiring effect can help improve mood and break negative thought patterns.

2. Boosts glutamate activity

It rapidly increases glutamate, a neurotransmitter involved in learning, memory and emotional regulation.

3. Dissolves rigid thinking patterns

The therapy can temporarily soften the stuck loops that contribute to depression, anxiety, PTSD and rumination.

4. Produces rapid relief

Unlike traditional medications that can take weeks to work, many patients feel benefits within hours to days after treatment.

5. Creates a therapeutic window

The period after treatment is when the work holds best, which is why sessions are planned as a course rather than one-offs.

What to expect

No surprises, and nothing booked on the day unless you want it.

1

Assessment first

Before any treatment we assess whether this is appropriate for you, including your history and any medication you already take. Not everyone is a candidate, and we will tell you if you are not.

2

A planned course

Ketamine therapy is administered as a series of sessions. The number varies by individual and is set with you rather than sold as a package.

3

Supervision throughout

You are monitored during treatment by our clinical team, and we review how you are responding between sessions.

Questions we get asked

Is this the same as the ketamine in the news?

Ketamine has a long history of clinical use. What matters is the setting, the dose and the supervision — all of which are clinical decisions made by your practitioner and explained to you first.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies by individual. Your practitioner sets a plan with you after assessment rather than quoting a number up front.

Can I stay on my current medication?

Bring a full list to your consultation. Interactions are part of the assessment and some medications matter a great deal here.

What if it does not work for me?

Then we say so. Response varies, and part of a planned course is reviewing honestly whether it is helping you.

No pressure and no commitment — we talk through what you want to change, what is realistic, and what it costs. You decide from there.

Regulatory note: esketamine (Spravato) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression. Generic ketamine used for mood disorders is prescribed off-label, which is lawful and common in clinical practice but is not the same as FDA approval for that use. Your practitioner will explain exactly what is being prescribed and why. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 — this page is information, not emergency care.
