Health information you share with us as a patient is handled under separate rules and is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by the practice. If you would like a copy, ask at the front desk or call us and we will send one.
When you complete a form, request a consultation or join our list, we collect what you type — typically your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about why you are getting in touch. Please do not send detailed medical information through a web form; bring it to your consultation instead.
Our website chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. Conversations are processed and retained so we can respond to you and improve the service. Treat it as you would an email to the front desk rather than a private clinical conversation.
Calls to our practice may be answered by an AI receptionist, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You are told this at the start of the call. Florida is an all-party consent state, so if you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the beginning of the call and we will make other arrangements, or you can reach us by email instead.
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information. We share it with service providers who help us operate — our customer relationship and scheduling platform, our telephone and AI answering provider, our website host, and our analytics provider. We keep enquiry and website information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then dispose of it securely. Patient records are retained under the separate rules that apply to medical records.
